Shipping & Return Policy

We offer complimentary shipping with the UAE. Orders will be delivered using a verified courier service in the region. Orders can be tracked via the allocated Freight provider. An email notification will be sent to allow customers to track their shipments.

For international shipping, arrangements can be organised directly with our customers according to their location. Depending on the destination a quotation will be provided before shipping. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Exchange Policy

Pinctada jewellery can be exchanged within 30 days. The jewellery must be returned in its original box in the same condition when shipped.


Once the jewellery has been assessed by our Team a Credit Note for the same value will be issued.

For Manufacturing defaults once assessed by our Team, a full refund or exchange will be issued to the same value.
